This is a retro fabulous Mondaine 70s automatic divers watch with a stylish tonneau shaped case with hidden lugs and with a typical 70s tropic rubber divers strap to be used outside the wet suit when diving.

Movement:

• Original Swiss made Felsa 4462 bi-directional automatic
• 21,600 high beat p/h.
• 25 Jewels.
• Power reserve roughly 40 hours.
• Size: Diameter - 26mm
• Incabloc shock protection system.
• Rotor marked with the Mondaine logo

Case and bracelet:

• Large solid stainless steel brushed tonneau case with stylish hidden lug.
• Horizontal brushed grain case.
• Case in mint condition, please see photo to confirm the condition.
• Case width is a generous 37mm not including the crown, 44mm from top to bottom.
• Hidden lug size is 20mm.
• Original signed steel screw-down crown in excellent condition.
• Original thick acrylic crystal with loupe for date at 3.
• Bi-directional rotating outer bezel - with some wears and scratches there are few places that the bezel has been touched-up by enamel paint. In all the bezel is in good shape for its age.
• Case back is also stainless steel.
• Case back marked Waterproof, Antimagnetic, Stainless Steel, Swiss Made, 200 Metres Automatic and with a scuba diver marking
• Case back has scars of slipped watch tool (not done under my ownership) and would not want to polished them out as that would damaged the markings. Otherwise the case is in good condition, please check photos to confirm condition.
• The watch comes with a NOS silicone tropical divers strap with steel bucket - do not think it is the original with this watch, but this strap fits the era and fits the watch perfectly.

The dial and hands:

• Original pearl satin black dial with white Mondaine logo.
• Dial marked Mondaine, 25 Jewels, Automatic, Lobster and Waterproof.
• Date aperture at 3 with loupe lens on the crystal
• Polished steel hour and minutes hands with pale white green lume - lume glows.
• Polished steel second hand with white diamond lume slot - lume glows.
